Submission:
There is no general vegetation allowance given in any ICAO guidelines. Each State has to establish an own regulation. You have to find out with some official source (University, National Forest Service etc.) how high your trees grow. Japan applies 20m, Switzerland applies 45m. If you have Giant Sequoias in you country both values above would be a joke. Those trees grow to an average of 75-80m.Beat Zimmermann, Air Navigation Institute, Switzerland
