RNAV non-precision

Submission:

I am presently drawing a RNAV DME/DME NON-precision approach procedure. MAWP (THR) ALT 300 meters, FAWP ALT 900 meters and 5NM north of MAWP ( true track FAWP-MAWP is 180 DEG.). IWP ALT 1500 meters and 5 NM NNW of FAWP ( true track IWP-FAWP is 160 DEG ). Using table III-32-1 ( page 3-164 ) for XTT,ATT and Semi-width. I am not certain how to draw the turn at FAWP, since the d2 line is after the nominal FAWP ( -2.73 KM ). According to 31.5.4 one should use criteria for 31.4.1.3 ( Figure III-31-3 A ). How should the area look like from nominal FAWP to d2 etc.?

Could anyone draw a suggestion for this site?
