Submission:
When making a RNAV STAR based on VOR/DME, can one use the values for IAF/IF for ATT/XTT and 1/2 AW plus the shaded area in the tables ( table III-31-1 to 4 )?
I have started with construction of RNAV STAR/SID for Bergen ( ENBR ). For STAR I will use RNP 5 to TMA BDRY and use RNAV based on VOR/DME ( 31.3/B-77 in proposed amendments to PANS-OPS ) FM TMA BDRY to end point of STAR ( 2 NM FM FAP ). Have you any spreadsheet ( free or by charge ) for calculation of XTT/ATT, 1/2AW TRD, MSD and so on for RNAV based on VOR/DME?

Yes you can use the tables (table III-31-1 to 4) to determine the ATT/XTT and 1/2 AW but remember that the shaded values are not satisfactory fixes (paragraph 31.2.7.1).
You can make up your own spread sheet in Excel using the formulas on Pans-Ops page 3-154.
