Submission:
In my country, VFR flights are permitted in high terrain areas. This necessitates radar coverage, if possible, to below Radar Vectoring Area (RVA) minimum levels. Also, radar coverage below RVA levels is necessary for radar Minimum Sector Altitude Warnings (MSAW) to work and operate. We have a set of SSR transponders codes set not to trigger MSAW warning for use by VFR flights.Lucas TingHN – Malaysia
