Submission:
I have a question related to simultaneous departures on parallel runways. See the figure, the separation between the parallel runways is 1350 metres. Do you think that the two departures are possible to be independent departures ( simultaneous departures)

I personally do not like the right turn at 2.7D back towards the other outbound track. I would rather see the right turn occurring quite a bit later in the departure.
One would also require surveillance radar that was capable of identifying an aircraft within 1nm from the threshold and training of ATC personnel to deal with an incursion. Any one else with comments?)
