Missed approach wording 1

I don't know of any specific wording requirements either, but I agree that it is best to give the climb to the target altitude (2500 ft).
It seems clear that this is not an RNAV missed approach (since there is an initial heading and the procedure intercepts a radial), so why the "track 307 degrees?" It seems like "Passing 1100 ft, turn left heading 307" would be more appropriate.
