Inside of the turn

Submission:

In the picture is a SID with a turning point at 16 DME GIR. The problem is to protect the inner boundary because the turning angles is 96 degree. If I draw a line from the point A ( early turning point ) with an angle of 15 degree (red one) to the RDL 295 CLE (outbound track) , this line does not intercept the VOR protection areas. How can I protect this inner boundary)?, I have tried to draw a line from point B with a 30 degree angle (light blue one) to the RDL 295 CLE but , in my opinion, the resulting area is too small. What do you all think about it? What about a line from A to C (grey one)?

I personally would not construct the 15 degree line originating at point A. As the radial to the fix is specified aircraft will not continue to fly away from the radial. I think that a pilot would do a 30 degree intercept if the aircraft is off the radial. So the 30 degree line originating at point B can be used to define the beginning of the secondary area (see diagram 2). The primary area created also covers an aircraft commencing a 30 degree intercept from any position along line AB. One could expand the secondary area with the line AC. However I don't think that it is necessary as a pilot should know that he is off the specified radial.)
