Submission:
Interpretation, calculation and/or measurement of the RDH as a value for publication in instrument approach charts which varies from State to State. Ask the appropriate authority for details. Don't use the simplified formulas (ICAO ANNEX 10, ICAO Doc 8071, FAA O 8200.3B). Compulsory relocation of the Glide Slope is a more expensive action like suggestion done by an expert.

A very useful spreadsheet. It contains macros, none of a harmful nature. One macro though, does turn off the automatic calculation in Excel, this is not a problem. However to turn this Excel feature back on, go to Tools->Options->Calculation and check the Automatic box or just start Excel again.)
