In PANS OPS, Part II, Section 1 Precision approaches, it is specified that the maximum standard glide path angle for ILS Cat II is 3 degrees. It is possible to design and publish an ILS approach procedure Cat II with a GP more than 3 degrees.Zake - Romanian CAA
