GPS Holding Templates

Answer or Commentary:
I have recently been constructing GPS holding templates and there seems to be a slight inconsistency in the construction.
Position "a" the start of the holding has a position tolerance not only in the template with positions "b" and "c" but also in the holding pattern construction. During the holding pattern construction position "a" is placed around the ATT and XTT of the holding way-point.
However the end of the out-bound leg positions "i" and "i1" have no longitudinal position tolerance either in the template or the total holding pattern construction. I think positions "i" and "i1" should at least have the equivalent of positions "b" and "c".
