The MOC. I can not find any statement in Doc 8168 to count for the distance Y to X when adding MOC.

Oops, I am glad that some one spotted my deliberate error.
Mr Lie you are quite right that the distance X to Y is not included in the determination of the "distance to climb" for calculation of the MOC. However the position of X will determine where Y is and so change the distance DER to Y. The correct formula should be: -
The MOC = [ (distance DER to "Y") + (distance "X" to the obstacle) ] * 0.008)
